Air suspension was first patented in 1904 by Arthur W. Cogswell.and it is a type of pneumatic system.it is used on some heavy vehicles such as buses ,trucks and all kinds of trailers to improve load capacity and ride quality over rough terrain while also improving fuel efficiency when compared with conventional leaf springs or coil springs at normal loads

The air suspension is mainly composed of a control computer, an air suction hole, a vent hole, a pneumatic front and rear shock absorber and an air distributor. Control the horizontal posture of the body: adjust the stability system of the body.Frankly speaking, the contents of the air suspension control include the height of the vehicle body, the damping force of the damper, and the spring elasticity coefficient:

1. Control of the height of the car: substandard, elevated and only the rear wheel is raised;

2. The damping force of the damper is controlled by the third gear of low, medium and high;

3. The elastic coefficient of the air spring is divided into two parts: soft and hard.
